She also was a hairdresser, arts and crafts teacher on cruise ships, and a caregiver for her Mother and Father. She then opened her own Bed and Breakfast in her home and continued with her art work.

This would be a very awesome book for cancer patients that need that little extra nudge to gain hope and enjoy life to it's fullest.
Ellen takes the reader on voyages across the globe in her role as chef while dealing with challenges of health, family and business. She gives the reader a sense of optimism in dealing with the same issues.
What an enjoyable read. I felt like I was right there with her, & in so many interesting locations.
My friend Ellen and I went through this journey together for the last 40 years I love her to death she's a great inspiration to the world , very brilliant talented girl. My dear Ellen wish you health and peace and lots of happiness you totally deserve it all , looking forword to more trips together love you my friend.
