Jea Hawkins has delivered another wonderful read. I could not get enough of Fiona, Emma, Waverly and Avery. These four women are the epitome of best friends and how their magickal powers compliment each other. I found the characters to be incredibly heartwarming. I loved they rallied around Fiona as she coped with the death of her father and her reconnection with her mother. I also loved how Fiona met her life partner and how they helped each other with their troubled pasts. I look forward to getting to know the other three witches in more detail in the forthcoming books.Product details

Too shallow folks, but a pretty good story. Just couldn't get into the relationships, no matter how much I wanted to.
If you're into paranormal or not this book is for you. It goes through a group of friends, and the first in the series deals with allowing yourself to find home and yourself.
A circle of witches, little magic, death, a troubled past, a reconciliation and new life. A sweet story with a fairy tale ending and a great beginning of this series.
This is the story of Fiona coming home because of her father's death. Saying goodbye to her father enabled her to come to terms with her past and meeting the woman who would become her true love Gabrielle. Fiona and Gabe are both are joined by their fellow elemental witches to develop a very sweet and charming story.
It's so nice to read a book that has characters I can identify with! As a Pagan who loves women it is rare to find this. The characters are well-developed and the story has just the right amount of romance and magick without going over the top into woo-woo territory. The characters are also relatable in that they deal with family conflict. I loved it and can't wait for the next one!
